Privacy Policy

When you send a service request we collect only what you enter: your name, your phone number, your email address if you give it, the service you need, the service address if you give it, how urgent the request is, and anything you write in the notes field.

We do not record phone calls.

We use the information in a service request to contact you about that request. We do not use it for marketing lists.

SquareHVAC does not use analytics or advertising-tracking tools on this website.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you press send, the service request is processed by the website's own form service and emailed directly to the business; the message contains only what you typed into the form.

We do not share customer, job or equipment information with suppliers or manufacturers.

The service area page shows an interactive map. The map images (tiles) are loaded from OpenStreetMap. When that page opens, your browser contacts OpenStreetMap's tile servers, and the OpenStreetMap Foundation handles that visit under its own privacy terms.

When a request or a job closes — whether we did the work, you declined, or the question simply ended — we delete your details. We keep nothing for marketing and sell nothing to anyone. If you ask us to keep your details on file for next time, we will; otherwise they are gone.

You can ask us a question about the information you sent, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email contact@squarehvac.com or call (708) 673-5633.
