Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

SquareHVAC wants squarehvac.com to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever technology they use. We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the international guidelines for accessible web content. The site has not had a full accessibility audit yet, so we do not claim that it conforms.

What we have implemented

• ✓ Each page has one main heading, with additional headings used to organize the content.
• ✓ Links and buttons are coded with accessible names for assistive technology.
• ✓ Form fields have visible labels, and an error is shown as text next to its field, not by color alone.
• ✓ A "Skip to main content" link is the first item on each page for keyboard users.
• ✓ The service-area map shows a static picture when JavaScript is turned off; the interactive map loads only when your browser allows it.
• ✓ Motion is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.

Known limitations

Our manual checks of color contrast, 200% zoom, keyboard use and screen-reader use are not finished. We have also not finished testing the interactive map with the keyboard alone. Some parts of the site may still be hard to use. If you need information from this site in another form, contact us and we will help.

Tell us if something does not work
