Service built on personal accountability

When your heating or cooling stops, you need more than a company name. You need someone you can trust in your home.

I started SquareHVAC in 2009 as a family-owned business on Clayton Road in Hillside. From the beginning, my goal was simple: provide the kind of service I would want for my own family—clear answers, careful work and no pressure to make a decision before you are ready.

HVAC problems can feel overwhelming. You may be worried about the cost, unsure whether a repair will last or concerned that you will be told to replace equipment you do not fully understand. My job is to make the situation clearer.

I inspect the system, explain what I find in plain language and show you the issue when it is helpful. Before work begins, you know what the recommended option is, what it involves and what it will cost. If repair makes sense, I will tell you. If replacement is the more practical long-term choice, I will explain why and let you decide.

SquareHVAC is local, personal and accountable. When you invite us into your home or business, you should feel respected, informed and comfortable with every next step.

Whether you need a small repair, routine maintenance or a new system, the standard stays the same: careful work, clear communication and respect for your time, your home and your budget.

My customers notice. One wrote:

Patient, explained what was happening, transparent the whole way.

— Google review

Another wrote:

Thanks Sam for being patient with us.

That means more to me than any certificate on my wall.

Many people call me for one furnace and stay for years. One customer wrote:

Definitely gained a customer for life.

Another said:

My son in law has used them too and very happy with all their work.

That is what I work for: to be the company you trust in your home, and the one you recommend to your family.

Since 2009, on the same streets, my customers have recommended me to their families.

Come and see why.
