Request service

Sending a request is never a commitment. We call you back within 15 minutes during business hours. A real person calls to answer questions and arrange a visit if you want one.

Prefer to talk now? Call — a real person, straight answers, no obligation.

So we can send your written quote.

Helps us plan the visit.

How urgent is this?

We never sell your details or send sales spam. See our privacy policy.

What happens to your information

When you ask for a quote or a visit, we write down the basics: your name, phone number, service address and email if you give it. During the job we add what we learn about your system. That is the whole file, and it exists for one job only.

  • We use it to schedule, quote and finish the work you asked about — nothing else.
  • When the job closes — you hired us, you declined, or the question simply ended — we delete your details. No open file on a closed case.
  • We never sell your information and never keep it for marketing. If you want us to remember you for next time, say so, and we will.

Common questions

How quickly can you get here?
We aim to arrive within 2 hours from the time you call, depending on the distance to your location and current availability. Emergency service is available 24/7, including Sundays. Non-emergency visits outside routine service hours are scheduled for the next working period.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Hillside and serve the surrounding communities. The list of cities is on our service area page.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. SquareHVAC is licensed, bonded and insured.
What should I write in the notes?
Whatever helps the technician prepare: what the system does, when it started, and any sounds, smells or error lights. The service address and the equipment type help too.
Do you serve commercial properties?
Yes. Commercial work covers rooftop units, split systems and boilers for offices, retail, restaurants and multifamily buildings. See the commercial page for how to request a visit.
Do you work on rental and managed properties?
Yes. Tell us in the notes if you are a tenant, an owner or a property manager, and we will arrange the visit with the right person.
